Me and me boyfriend have been going out for five months, well if you don't count the breakups. I really love this guy, but it's hard to tell if he feels the same way, when we are together it feels so right, but sometimes he gets really distant. Will this relationship work if we keep breaking up and getting back together?

I think that on/off relationships can work as long as you really love the person.
I've seen on/off relationships work, but I've also seen them not work. The only ones that usually worked are the ones when they knew that they loved each other.

You two keep breaking up for a reason and if that reason is never addressed or resolved, you will continue to break-up. You should deal with the real problem of why you two don't work. You should really look at what you want in a person and put that up against who this guy really is. You will get nowhere unless you seriously deal with the big issues of the relationship.

been doing the same thing except we live together and neither ever move out when there is FRICTION. it has been working but its getting old and not a very good relationship this last year so i would say no. it is just running its course . your just putting off the enevitable unles of course BOTH of you try to make it work but usualy when its on again off again one of you arnt as into the relationship than the other.. hold the thought and best of hope and love....

properly, there's a reason they are on again off again. likely there is a few style of situation that one or both human beings do not prefer to administration. in the adventure that they are no longer prepared or in a position to make a compromise on it, the courting won't ever workout consultation as an entire time marriage.

Not if you two dont see what is wrong with your relationship. On and Off isn't normal so sit together, talk .. Find out what is wrong and how to make it right and then give another chance if it doesnt work it mean it will never work and its time to give it up.

it could you just need to sit down and have as talkwith one another. i was in a realationship just like yours for 3 yrs. and it felt the same way. i think its just that you never know what you have til its gone. and now i have a great friendship with him cuz threw it all we realized that we do love eachother but yet we just can't be together so we compermised. and i talk to him about everything everyday. so just keep sticking in there and you make work but there is always a win either way you look at it.

Why would you put yourself through all that DRAMA!! On again off again come on leave that for highshool kids, MAYBE YOU ARE IN HIGHSCHOOL!! Ok if you are in Highshool keep doing it because it's not going to a serious relationship. But if you are a grown woman then stop dating that LOSER, because he prob. is. If he would then you would always be together and not breakup so DAMN MUCH!!

I'm sorry to say but only you and him can tell your future, but some relationships do work out when that happens and others dont, so my advice is to talk with him and see whats happening!

no...because one of you are bound to hurt the other ones feelings and it woill be really hard for you to gain that person's trust back...especially if you break up over nothing...It is hard for break ups but it is even harder to get back the way you used to be if you guys can't stand each other...Believe me honey i was in a similar situation with my ex boyfriend, and we broke up and got back together like 3 times throughout our two year relationship, each time it was harder and harder to maintain what you used to have...
