Definitely not! You can't even get pregnant by engaging in oral sex. You can, however, get a nasty sexually transmitted disease by engaging in either oral or vaginal sex.
The only way to get pregnant is if a male sperm unites with a female egg, and that can only happen through vaginal intercourse.
Of course, women have conceived by artificial insemmination--that is, having sperm implanted in a doctor's office. Something tells me, though, that that's the last thing from your mind.
