The embryo makes its own blood. The mother's blood passes into the placenta, but not into the embryo/fetus. Things in the mother's blood can pass into the baby, though, like drugs and antibodies.
The embryo has a combination of its mother's and father's DNA.

The blood itself comes from the mother through the umbilical cord from the placenta. The combination of ova and sperm, the cell mitosis and the division are responsible for the life of the embryo, producing every thing that makes up the embryo, then the fetus, then you.
