Does anyone know how to do a pump? here is a picture of it

Grab a section of hair and twist it once, and then either use a bobby pin or a tiny claw to hold it in place. If you have really thick hair it's easier.

you mean POMP short for pompadour. You will need to use some fixative hair product like Murrays or DAX. Work it into your hair and then slick it back. The hair in the front needs to be comb edstraight up, then sculpted back to blend in with the hair behind it.

i thought it was called a hump? grab a portion of your hair from the front twist it but keep it loose and hold it down with a pin
