Man ahhhhhhh okay i think i am in love wih my friend nad how he acts i can tell he likes me too how can i make him say that he likes me too.

Why do you need him to tell you if you can tell he likes you? Just tell him you like him and ask him out.

you can't make him say it. if he really does like you as much as you like him, he'll want to say it. give him time and be cool. and read "he's just not that into you" - there's a whole chapter about liking guy friends.
