NO that is NOT a Min Pin
It could be a cross between a Doberman, Black and Tan Hound, Rock and ????? (stranger in the night)
The only thing similar between that dog and a Min Pin would be the color
Just type in the word Miniature Pincher on the computer and you will be able to see lots of pictures.
Who ever told you the dog in those pictures was a Min Pin is mistaken.

This dog is not a Min Pin. They are small. They usually don't weigh more than 6 or 7 pounds, some less then that. They are very delicate boned. The ears stand straight up and their tails are docked. They are very small dogs.
This dog is a mix and it is not a German Shepard. It is Rottweiler and something.

Definitely NOT a miniature pinscher. Looks to me like a Rottie mix. He's a bit too fuzzy to be a dobie. The vet will be able to tell you more.

Cute little puppy. Looks like it is either a Rottweiler or Doberman mix. That's my best guess. Who knows what else could have snuck in there!!!

That is not a miniature pincher. My friend raises them and that is defiantly not one. It looks like a Rottweiler to me.

It looks like a Rottweiler, but it definitely is not a min pin because I have one and he is 11 pounds. It looks like its about 25 pounds.

Well, it not a min pin, but is does appear to be part Rottweiler or Doberman. Of course its parent could be a min pin, but not both parents.
