For example, when you're stuck behind an idiot who's driving 5 mph below the speed limit in the left lane, and then when you finally get a chance to pass them on the RIGHT, they decide to speed up. You should be able to enter their licence plate into a database along with their idiotic behavior. They collect points for being an idiot, then when they accumulate enough points, they lose their license. Good idea?

Hahaha.. as a person living on an island with one road in and out, mostly single lane.. I am soooo with you! Personally I drive a very large truck and get real close...but I agree there should be points on your license after a certain number of complaints. And then public execution.

would be nice, but without a way to prove it people would just start calling it to get even with people they get mad at. I mean once you finally pass the type of person you're describing he could take down your license number and accuse you of something. I agree they are annoying though. The passing lane is for passing, not trying to regulate the speed of others.

YES! Everytime I drive I think at least once to myself "Where are the cops when you need them?" I hate drivers who cut you off, speed by, or the most annoying ones are the ones with their music up so loud that the bass shakes your car and your not even next to them!
