if a salon can lift color from your hair if has been dyed with a demi-permanent color? and if so how hard will it be?

You mean remove colour it is hard on the hair but hydrating shampoo and conditioners by Systeme Biolage have good ones
and some of those answer i believe to be very ignorant and should grow up and also we all make mistakes and learn from them best be is to go to a colour specialist and she could help and great deal do not use any store products
If it is black nothing can remove it and have to grow out bleach doesn't even touch the colour you would wreck the hair even worst

Im not sure but I've heard if you use clarifying shampooo it'll help
