Google Video Files (.gvi) are Audio Video Interleave (.avi) files with an extra list with the FOURCC "goog" immediately following the header. The video is encoded in DivX4 alongside an MP3 audio stream. DivX video players and various portable video players such as the Archos AV500 can render Google Video Files without format conversion after changing the extension from .gvi to .avi. Among other software VirtualDub is able to read .gvi files and allows to convert them into different formats of choice.

well if its not a big file, and is like 400mb then u dont have to burn it on a dvd, u can just burn it on a cd! just download it to a folder, and when u click on it (once) on the right side of ur windows bar, choose copy to cd or burn cd! what do u mean by google format? google plays all different types of files depending on what site it got the video from..

no, because Google Videos exist only in .gvi format. To burn to a dvd, it must be an MPEG or AVI file. Whether or not such converters exist, i do not know.
