It often happens that people who go through certain processes feel transformed. Immersion in certain intense social activities, such as the ones you describe, can have this result. So in that sense, it is quite "normal."

Having said that, you should know that transformations don't necessarily mean the new state is in any way superior to the previous one. For example, suppose you were previously a paleontologist contributing to scientific understanding. If you found that being "reborn" meant you had to denounce your own research as "inspired by the devil of secular science," then some of us would say it was actually an abortion, not a rebirth.

Like most Born Again Christians you were probably an alcoholic or a drug addict before you were "reborn' that might be the reason why you understand things differently, it's easier when you're sober.

Whenever someone embraces another religion or has a religious experience they see and understand things differently.

This is no way means that you are upon the truth.

Truth belongs to God Alone, and the Qur'an is His Final revelation based upon clear proofs and evidences.

Yes. It is normal. Your perception of things around you does change. Just about everyone that's born again will tell you the same thing. When you were born again, you were given certain empowerments. If you want to know more, just email me. I will give you book, chapter and verse of what you need to know.
