Stop reading the paper and watching the news, you'll feel better. Go to the zoo and watch people having fun and smiling. Do something nice for someone, donate your time, always smile whether you feel like it or not. Only you can make your attitude a better one. Life isn't as depressing as you may think. Make the most of life, be a good person, spend time with your family and friends, or find some new friends. Change jobs, Don't be a telemarketer, that would be a depressing job. Take a trip somewhere nice and site see or do nothing but enjoy the view.

It's the way you see the world - it's not the world that's depressing.
Look for a treatment or something/somebody to cheer you up.

well if u look at it that way...........
pay attention to the good things in life,
go for a very pointless long walk for no reason at all wearing something ridiculus, often helps me

get out and date more- things tend to get more depressing when youre alone (duh)
