Because of it's remote location, it's quite possible that military testing of some sort that has the potential to harm people is or has been conducted there.

It's also possible that experimental military aircraft have been or are being tested there.

While it's possible that some kind of space debris (either of terrestial or otherworldly origin) has been taken there, I don't think there are any bodies or spacecraft or any huge cover-ups. I don't think that level of security could be maintained for this long a time. SOMEBODY would have produced some kind of REAL evidence by now.

But it's such a fun fantasy to believe, and I believe our government does take advantage of the mysterious, mythical nature of the site to do real top-secret things there. After all, what better way to hide the more mundane truth than with an elaborate and fanciful lie?

"Area 51" or Groom Dry Lake as it is correctly know is a High Technology weapons test area in the Nevada desert. This is where aircraft like the F-117 and secret weapons are sotred and tested. The area of operations is acceable for the most pare only by air and is burried inside the Nellis AFB ranges so as to keep anyone from accidently flying by. Current satelite photos show there to be a lull in activity on the base. The majority of that actiivy is cleaning up a waste dump that was mismanaged for decadesduring the cold war.

Yes, the highest of high tech and the most secret of secret military and space technolgy is probably being researched and developed there. It has been substantiated in the past that top secret planes like the U-2, the B-2 stealth bomber and F-117 Stealth Fighter were all tested out there.

There have been a few cracks in the veneer of secrecy, including some satellite photos the Russians took and released. There was also a lawsuit from employees that became public and leaked some info. Of course there have been some former employees who have talked, some of them obvious crackpots trying to sell a book or movie.

A lot of folks are saying that there is a secret base in Utah, U.S. Space Command at King Mountain, that is just as high tech and high secrecy. Check the link below.

I wouldn't know about the conspiracy, but the Area 51 facility is supposedly where the most secret aircraft technology is tested. It's remote, defensible, and the dry lakes around there are perfect natural runways.

The conspiracy is that the whole modern UFO concept was used to cover up mistakes and sightings of sometimes unjustified military secret projects. Although, if you know about biblical artwork - there were surreptitious signs of UFO existence even back then.

It wouldn't be a secret area if anyone knew what was there. No there isn't a mass UFO conspiracy, you are just dumb enough to think so.

Why don't you and your wacko friends join the US Air Force and you might be able to find out on your own. There is no stupid UFO conspiracy.

Aircraft testing facility. It's secret because we don't want foreign nations finding out what technologies we are researching. No UFOs, sorry.
