Well if you are serious let me give u a serious answer since I work for child support enforcement. At least in my state it is harder to get support from someone who does not work on the books because there is no physical check to garnish...but you can continue to have your order enforced by either having your case manager schedule the matter for an enforcement hearing and placing a bench warrant stipulation on him or if you have not yet filed for child support, go down to your local family services agency as soon as possible to get the process started.Good luck

Call it a payment in his best interest. If he wants any of that illegal money (meaning you not turning him in), he'll support his child with some of it.
I know, that's easier said than done. You could tell him you want his child to grow up livin' the life of a pimp and he should support that...you know, as a pimp.

Take him into court. Establish paternity either with him agreeing it is his child or DNA. Then a judge will order him to pay some amount based on what he is capable of making at a legal job. You won't be able to mention his illegal job. In Kansas, you would file this through the court trustee's office and they provide the attorney to handle it for you. I don't know about other states

You should be able to file for child support regardless of whether he's legally employed or not. He's still legally obligated to support his child.
Forget the 3000 dollars. You won't be able to prove the income.

You go through Family services. You will need to have DNA testing done, because he will probably say its not his. As for getting money from illegal means...that may be a problem, cause I bet he doesn't claim it on his tax returns. you can also turn him in to the police

With no legal job, I doubt you can do much. Get a job and support yourself and the kid, don't expect the decent, working taxpayers to do it for you. Remember in the future - you lay with trash, you get treated like trash.

act as if u didnt kno and go to a court get the proper papers and let the people take him to court tell ur case worker if he trys to hurt u and get the police invovled but i doubt if he does tho
