Let's be realistic. No matter how much they do it isn't enough. 2100 is only a little over 1% of the illegals we currently have in this country. There isn't even a point to deporting them if we don't do something about our borders first! It makes no sense. It is like catching a mouse in your house and sticking it out in your yard and expecting it not to find its way back in...WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT OUR BORDER FIRST. We have to beef up our security, we have to build a wall, we have to do thorough background checks on those we employ as border patrol too. I know some illegals who told me that the border patrol sometimes give them an open door for an hour or so a day. Meaning our own citizens purposely let them into our country illegally....most likely for money of course.

It is just plain unrealistic to think that we are going to get anywhere with this illegal immigration problem anytime too soon. There are just too many of them and we don't have the resources or the money to do it...It's even more unrealistic to jail them because americans are screaming that they are mooching off our welfare system with our tax money yet what do you think we are doing by putting them in jail? Paying with our tax money to keep them there. And quite a bit more than what we pay in welfare!!! We are talking 5 figures a year. Like 90,000 dollars per prisoner.

Operation go back to Sender is a branch of position of starting place protection Initiative that began sometime after mid-2004. note that there are simulataneous operations, codenamed "community protect" - which suits after alen gang individuals -, "operation end-recreation" - which objectives absoconding, deported extraterrestrial beings - that began quickly after 9/11, and nonetheless in result. The project and intent of those operations overlap and at situations, the mainstream media, upon a severe-profile raid, erroneously comments the call of the operation to blame for the raid and arrests. therefore, double-counting and fewer than counting is effortless even as questioning about the form of extraterrestrial beings that were affected. The purpose of "go back to Sender" is to rid this united states of the six hundred,000 or so fugitive extraterrestrial beings who've had their day in federal court docket and performance been discovered deportable with assistance from an immigration choose. The operation, as a the issue, seeks out, apprehends, and deports those which have criminal convictions. extraterrestrial beings that were ordered deported merely for administrative, immigration violations acquire lesser priority. 2005 and 2006 stated a spike contained in the form of arrests stemming from this operation. in a large number of situations, state and native regulation enforcement aspects onsite logistical and pre-arrest help. brokers from ICE (immigration and customs enforcement) many times look into fugitives, finding out their very last favourite addresses, places of artwork and different whereabouts. once the id is ascertained previous doubt, the raid, many times an incospicious pre-break of day affair, takes position.

Yes, they netted 39 in my city. Not much considering I live on the border, but it is a start. Many were members of budding gangs, 5 were convicted child molesters, and there were also some illegal Iraqis in the mix with criminal records( charges were not present in the paper, only that they had a record).

Long overdue. These are all criminals and number in the thousands. Pro-illegals --- What do you have to say about adding to an already existing problem? Would you be pro-illegal if your loved ones were raped or murdered by an illegal?

yes, but don't be fooled. It's only for felons, not people you report unless they are a felon. It's a start, but just political right now.
