ok been there done that lol. deeep by aussie put on dry hair , you will use a bottle if hair is shoulder length. leave it on for 30 min minimum. daily use biosilk or a look alike from supply store, it is made by farouk. it looks oily but trust me it dries fine, put it on damp hair after shower and be sure to get it on the ends, use about a quarter size for shoulder length , it spreads out in the damp hair. you can use a little rubbed on hands to smooth hair once dry. hair soaks it up. if you must blow dry use heat styler product , those designed to moisturize while you dry.

Try Joico, K pack, it is a deep conditioner which will help restore the protein to your hair. Every time you use a chemical ptocess on your hair you remove the needed protein from it and it needs to be replaced. I would suggest you start having at least a half inch cut off every 6 weeks as the damage will continue unless damaged ends are removed. You can use a home remedy to help repair also. Just go to your fridge and grab the bottle of mayonaise. It contains all the products you need to help repair damaged hair=eggs and oil. Apply to damp hair, cover with a plastic bag, then a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Shampoo out, it will not smell and leaves hair well conditioned. It works and costs very little. Tip, do not do any chemical treatments to you hair until it is healthy again, try to protect it from sun damage, never put in an elastic when wet. Good luck!

my suggestion would be to go to a salon and purchase DEEP FUEL by redken. My salon sells it for $15.95. There are 5 vials in there. If your hair is above shoulder length 1/2 of a vial should work per use. Apply it to damp hair and leave on for 10 - 20 minutes once or twice a week ( depending on how damaged it is).
I would also stay away from using any heat sources ie. Blowdryer, curling iron, flat iron, as the heat will only further damage it. At least until you get it back to good.

Since your hair is bleached you not only need a good conditioner but a gentle shampoo as well. Try Redkens Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner. The shampoo has gentle detergents so it will not dry your hair out. The conditioner is moisture and protein rich. Both are needed by thirsty color treated hair.

Get a hot oil treatment every week. That will put moisture back in your hair.

anything with alot of silicone is not good for your hair example:pantene,garnier..everything you buy on the market is not good for your hair, go to your nearest hairdresser and ask them what to do you most likely need a mask treatment
