Yes. If you truly love one another, maybe you can tell her about the saving knowledge of Christ.

No, a non-practicing Jehovah's Witness should NOT marry a Catholic. There are fundamental and irreconcilable differences between those religions.
(2 Corinthians 6:14) Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers
(1 Corinthians 7:39) she is free to be married to whom she wants, only in the Lord.
(Deuteronomy 7:3) And you must form no marriage alliance with them [other religions]. Your daughter you must not give to his son, and his daughter you must not take for your son.
If you do marry, it should be a civil ceremony rather than one performed by a minister. Willing participation in a religious ceremony would make even a non-practicing Witness into an apostate.

I wouldn't if I were you. What if, after you two are married, she begins to take her faith as a Jehovah's Witness seriously again? Nothing good is going to come from that.
Please consult the following website. It will give you a good understanding of what Jehovah's Witnesses believe, why they believe it, and why they have it in for Catholics especially:
http://catholic.com/library/noncatholic_groups.asp
Assuming you are just going to go ahead and marry this woman, the URL posted above contains information that will be essential - no - manditory - reading.
It's up to you whether or not you should marry her. Just you acquire an understanding of how Jehovah's Witnesses do their thing, and brush up on your Catholicism too - because they are trained to counter it.
Proceed with the utmost caution.

Pretty hard to be a "non-practicing ' Witness. They don't let one loose easily and when they do it's with a bang.
Did you know that if one is rude or unreceptive when a Witness comes to a door to preach , the JW will shake one foot as they leave. They are shaking off the evil of your doorstep.
If Mr. JW decides to practice again and you don't, will he kick your booty to the floor? Ready to go without Christmas, and celebrations, even your children's birthdays. On a deeper note, to refuse blood transfusions in an emergency?
Think long and well, girl, before you drive your geese to that market. Been there, seen that.

We live to glorify God. As Christians we are called to marry a person that will bring us closer to Christ and in union glorify God. If you and your fiance have those basics and you both agree on what it means to glorify God – then go for it.
But remember, believing in the transubstantiation and taking Jesus through the Holy Eucharist is an important way to Glorify God….does she believe in that?
I know I couldn’t give that up.

This is an incomplete question? Should you. . . .What? If it is getting married, since she is not practicing her faith ask her if she would go with you to church. Maybe she will consider converting to your faith. If she is negative about the whole thing, I say don't get married. If you get married in the Catholic church both spouses will have to agree to raise the children Catholic. If she is against that. . . .you will have problems. . . .even before any wedding.

For sure if the love is there. My wife and I had a beautiful Catholic wedding with a full Mass and my wife is not a Christian.
Anyone who quotes the Bible against this is a fool.

You should not even be dating! Jesus would clearly not aprove, being as you both go to churches that believe in the same God. I don't think Budda would approve either!
