By being patient and not attaching judgement to disagreement one can lessen the degree and duration of ire. There may be some hostility from anyone when they hear truths that would change the foundation that they have based their lives on. Because there's a love for ideas that approaches love for people.
But while I may raise ire, I try to explain my ideas clearly and remain patient. Then after initial resistance a useful dialog can sometimes begin. Dialog generally clarifies the subject and opinions of both parties, so a little ire may be worth it.
Although if the truths are hurtful and offensive, or phrased as such, most people aren't open to dialog after that. I have been guilty of not carefully framing what I think to not consider people's feelings. If you are particularly bothered by ire, I will try not to do that to you.

People have to learn through their own understanding and it seems like this is from the person themselves but actually they are being led by the Lord.

The Lord's Divine Providence or Divine Government of man can be seen in hindsight (or after learning occurs) but the present leading that the Lord does cannot be seen.

You have to run your "own" investigation although the Lord is leading you to uncover truths of the church and the Lord has given you your free will and rationality.

Only you can answer that question, and chances are your ire will be raised by any articulation by me of "Truths" that might contradict your "Truths."

I guess that would be dependent upon how close to the surface your ire is!
