That depends on you...I like music loud when I work out..Kid Rock, Puddle of Mud, Hinder etc.

rave kinda lik music.....it wil giv u the energy and the rhythm to move those muscles....when you move wit the beat you wil tend to gain stamina to complete those sets with nopain at all.........
