When Americans break the law they do not recieve Amnesty, why should illegal immigrants?

Illegal immigrants know they are criminals when they enter this country, because of the fact that they are crossing the border without proper process, or respect for America's laws.
In America if an American breaks the law they are put in prison, fined, and their future is down the drain because it goes on their records for life.
Since Corporations like Walmart, and such that sponser criminal terrorist, and criminal behavior in America by hiring Illegal Immigrants, or defectors as they used to be known, and still are.
These kind of companies find ways to encrease the cost of hiring Americans, by complaining we are to expensive to hire, like back ground checks, and drug testing.
Americans should not be harrassed in such away when we apply for a job, illegal immigrants should.
Yesterday, for the third time this year my husband's id was stolen, and I have had enough. I'm joining the fight to get these crriminals deported, even if I have to march them back across myself.

Remember Stealing a person's Identity is a Terrorist Act on an Individual, with the intent to do harm. It is not okay for the terrorist to attack our nation, but when the attack is on an individual it is not considered terrorism. And I thought the attacks on 9/11 were personal attacks on Americans.
I guess if it doesn't blow up Americans do not believe they are being Attacked.
I know we are, and we are losing everything to illegal immigrants.
Immigration is vital, ask any of my grandfather's, but there is a right way, and a wrong way to do everything.
Remember this is not about Racism, It is about protecting every American of all heritages, no matter if they were born here, or migrated through the proper process.
But, we have to begin some where.
American money flow on American soil is controlled by Americans, and is the most powerful tool that we have.
Politics, is how we deal with the politicians.
Close your wallet to Mexican American Businesses that only hire Mexicans.

when americans break laws they get punished.. Whether it be with fines or with jail time. The same DOES apply to illegals. When illegals come into this country they are committing a crime by coming in illegally. This is a misdemeanor. Under Bush's proposed bill all illegals would have to pay hefty fines in order to stay. How is that amnesty? They are being punished according to the law and the last time I checked the law didn't say you imprisoned someone for years for a lil misdemeanor.
I understand that you are frustrated that your husband's identity has been stolen but you can't just blame it on illegals. My friend's identity was stolen by an american. You can't blame everyone of a different ethncity, race, or culture for something one did. If that were the case then we would send all middle easterner's back to their country because of 911. Nothing is ever going to be done efficiently if everyone keeps acting on their anger.. As you are.

Terrorism involves doing something with the intent of terrorizing others, criminal activity is any activity that involves breaking the law. By hiring undocumented workers no company is engaged in terrorizing anybody, since they comply with the mandates of the law verify documentation if the undocumented worker presented false documents the corporation broke no laws hence did not commit any criminal activity.

You should use a dictionary and look up the meaning of ‘defector’.

Any clue as to how Florida was taken from Spain, how did the US acquired Hawaii? This is something I would like to see, round up all 12 million of them and send them back home... How long do you think it will be before all of America turns against the US? What do you think will happen to any government that doesn’t instantly becomes anti-United Statesian? How long do you think this nation will survive without the daily 1.2 million barrels of oil from Venezuela, 1.8 million barrels of oil from Mexico? Without the copper from Peru, the sugar from Brazil without the gas from Bolivia without everything that makes this nation go.. go ahead and push for our own death sentence ha ha

Hi Sashi, no I don’t think the US should put aside it’s own laws, I do know that in an all out confrontation between the US and America the US will get the short end of the stick. Think about it, we pay them for their raw materials at prices we set. While we can deal with all of them on a one on one basis we always come out on top because we have the money, if on the other hand we deal with them all at the same time and all of them have an anti-United Statesian attitude we will loose. What will happen if we don’t get raw materials? Our industries come to a stand still, if they don’t get our dollars? They don’t pay us the money they owe us again double whammy we loose. The old Roman adage still reigns supreme, divide and conquer. If we force them into a unified front like the Romans did with the Barbarians they had dominated for centuries, much like with the Roman empire the Barbarians (barbarian comes from the Latin Barbarus that meant foreigner) rebelled and put an end to Rome. If America stands up against the US we will lose! Make no mistake about that.

I guess the people south of us are really brave marching in
our streets demanding rights and amnesty, but they sure are COWARDS
when it comes to making any change in their own corrupt countries or
helping out in the world stage of events. Is it any wonder the
Chihuahua is the preferred dog, all bark, and no bite?
Are any countries in this hemisphere besides Canada doing
anything to help out the rest of the world? Doing anything other
than creating unskilled, uneducated, drug dealers, gang members and criminals? Is there a single thing coming from down south that we actually need?

Several countries to our immediate south are going down the

They are bailing out like rats, and at the same time recreating the
same failed environments here. America has been so helpful in

The reason Bush,Kennedy,McCain,Reid and many others want to give amnesty although they don't call it amnesty is because they themselves won't have to pay for all the entitlements that the illegals will get,they also won't live near any illegals since they have their mansions away from all the crime and trouble illegals bring in,in other words,they get the credit with the illegals and the citizens of this country get stuck with the bills.

They receive amnesty because liberal democrats in the U.S. Congress are intent on expanding their voting base because they can't win elections. We have laws and the majority of Americans are in favor of enforcing those laws and BORDER SECURITY 1ST, the idea that an illegal immigrant can show up in our country and demand rights that we don't even get is maddening! I guess their problem is that they have no money to get a lawyer and come here legally. They look at their family and want to find ways to save them from poverty and just from being hungry. At least they come and work hard instead of robbing, car jacking etc. It's not easy to enter this country legally, Some do try to do it legally for years without success.... They take a higher percentile of Europeans than latins... It's a hard subject to please everyone. We do need to control who comes in the US. But not complaint so much of those that are here working so hard.
