If you are old enough to drink, I suggest the Pizza Paradisio in georgetown...they just opened a bar downstairs with over 20 belgium beers on tap. AMAZING...but take the circular from Foggy Bottom. DO NOT DRIVE!

It depends on what type of food you would like...
Zaytinya, near the Arena, has amazing mezze, which are Mediterranean small plates. It is a very popular and rather trendy spot. http://www.zaytinya.com/
