Hmmmm...this could be a touchy subject. You should have a start a discussion off by complaining about your face. Your friends will most likely respond about her face, Then you can bring up some name of a cover-up makeup that won't clog her pores. Say you use it or know someone who does. She will probably want to get some and you guys can go together to a store and purchase it.

Instead of covering it up (which might make more piples or worse), why don't you do research on what the best piple creams are out there... or take her/him to a dermitologist.
That way you get to the root of the prob and fix it to begin with.
(but yes make sure she/he want's your opinoin first, don't be rude it may hurt self esteem or make you just look like an ***)
