Let me put it this way. If I wanted to meet with the mayor of the city I live in I would call city hall and try to make an appointment and if I was persistant and actually went down to city hall after being given a several hour run around and meeting with his assistant Tom I might just might get to meet the mayor for a minute. If I did something spectacular or special I might get invited to the governers mansion and meet her. If I wanted to meet the president of the united states I would probably go down to the White House and end up getting arrested for even asking. So I ask you what do you think the chances are that I can't meet the president but that I get to meet with the ruler and creator of the entire universe? I mean the president is just the temporary figurehead of one country on one small planet on one obscure out of the way galaxy in the entire universe. No I am betting God is way too busy to meet me

Of course I believe....I am growing up in a Christian home. I believe that I will see Him in heaven (hopefully) but the thing is I have already gotten to meet Him. Through my Bible, His Word, I have gotten to know Him and meet Him in my heart. So the only thing I'm waiting for is going home, where I belong, when God wants me too. My life on Earth is only just beginning.
God bless, and know that to meet God, doesn't mean you have to die.

Yes I am a pastor's son as a matter of a fact and in the bible it says we will meet Jesus in the sky. I strongly believe we will see God in all his glory and stand completly pure before the lord.
Hey princess Ka, the reason God sent his son was to save us and to forgive us for our sins so that we wouldn't have to earn and die after our sins but that if we confess with our mouth and believe with our heart that Jesus is the Son of God he will come into our hearts and God is not a human-like figure. God is God. A spirit an omnisent spirt. This is my belief and I live strongly in the Lord's word. thank you and may you find Jesus to be you savior because you may not have been alive today if it wasn't for him!!!

You can't believe in one and not the other. To believe in God you have to believe what he says. He says we will one day meet. So, if you believe in God, you believe you will meet him one day. So to answer your question - YES!

Not singular.
What human-like figure would actually sit patiently and listen to all your whineings.
You pray for things, you want and you ask.
No one would accept a greedy person no matter how "good" they have been.
That religion is foolish, I believe you must work for your salvation, never asking, and giving to the Lords so that you may be able to find yourself once you have died. Only if it has been well worked for and deserved.
