I will give you answers, but you must reciprocate. So before I answer, here's MY question for you -
Why does a telephone pole?
Now about plane seats. Don't you realize that parachutes make you float? That "floatation device" IS a parachute - and not in drag. If it was in drag, it would have drag lines and then everyone would know what it is!
And if you are taking shipments around in your car, then I think some DEA guys will be looking for you. But of course everyone knows that the only car that could POSSIBLY handle a shipment is one that is so big everyone calls it a "boat"!
Ships carry cargoes so that the worthless second cousin of the ship owner, traveling for free and doing nothing, can be called by the imposing title of "supercargo." This saves the owner of the ship a lot of money because at sea the useless relative can't borrow the Ferrari, and smash it up and leave it to collect a bizillion dollars in parking tickets. So, that means the car goes and the supercargo does too. Get it?
Jeez, I gotta do EVERYTHIING myself around here!

...it has to be under very-controlled...a myriad of other things...while the plane is plummeting...earth. A parachute also doesn...survive, besides Over 80% of the world is waterIf your are flying over land when the plane comes down just hope the captain aims for a puddle
Cargo is a term used to define anything carried by any type of vehicle, whether it be a car, truck, train, ship or aircraft. Shipment is the act of transporting the cargo, or it can be a small amount of cargo as in that found on delivery trucks. For clarification...shipment=short distance transport...cargo=overseas or long distance transport.

There is no parachute because a jet plane travels too fast and too high to jump out with a parachute.
The answer to question #2 is the same answer as why you park on a driveway and drive on a parkway.

how come thin and fat chance mean the same thing? why does the alarm starts when it goes off? words are mere representation of the concept..at least theres a generic word to call anything that is transported by a ship.. u can actually raise a debate over that if you have the time and the energy that is..rember juliet saying wats in a name? i bet a rose wud smell as sweet should we call it by other name..or something to that effect..
as for the floats under plane seats, i dunno..but wat if the passengers wer provided with chutes but when they jumped off they wer blown to the sea, the strings wud've strangled them and death will be slower as to that of jumping off a plane with the floats on and landing real hard on the ground. think of the physical pain the passengers wud be saved fr...ha!!haha!!

In case the plane crashes into the water.
Someone asked, Where did the car go? Nobody knew, so they had to send it by ship.

hee hee..... that's pretty funny. I don't know why.
Got some questions for you too. Why do airline attendants have to tell you what to do if the plane lands in water, when you're flying entirely over land?
or
Why do they call the person who manages your money, a broker?
Or course I don't know the answers to these questions either. But it's funny to think about.

In case planes hit the water, I guess.
And because the people who invented those particular words weren't native speakers of the language and were drunk at the time. ^_^
(I think.. >.>)
