I would have to assume it's the sudden nature of the sneeze. Perhaps surprising noises turn you on, so you may want to experiment with other sounds. If it's specific to a sneeze only, you might be very aural in your preferences, and a sneeze might be just that pitch or type of sound that "tickles" your ears just right.
The spring (when allergies usually are at their peak) must be very frustrating for you.

not got an answer for that one but this guy i know gets sexually aroused when his g/f is crying! - she went to a funeral and when they got back he came to our house coz he said he was dying to bang her coz she was upset and crying!!! - weird
