Man's world will come to an end & so will satan when Christ returns & sets up his Kingdom here on the earth. There will be no rapture every eye shall see him when he returns in the clouds. Every knee & tounge shall confess that he is King of kins & Lord of lords.

The earth will finally perish when the sun expands in a stage of its development, and will encompass and 'eat' the earth.

I imagine life will be long gone from the planet, from changing conditions from the sun, as well as massive atmospheric changes, and a solid cold core - inlcuding the odd mass extinction event (meteors, supervolcanoes, ice ages, or if we do something really stupid which is likely, etc).

Whether humans will develop the technology and society (i.e., we don't all kill ourselves first!) necessary for conquering space is yet to be seen.

The Sun too will come to an end. Our Universe too will someday probably end, it might contract back, it might just go cold... I haven't read up to much on current thought though to be honest. (although I've heard of theories they sound a bit far fecthed and certainly not proveable or even properly understand, a theory in progress you might say that will one day either be discarded or accepted)

But since stars are burning up and the universe is expanding I assume that one day it will end.

But Really, You won't be alive to worry about it... Enjoy Live.

The sun imploding due to lack of a fuel source and then becoming a black hole.

I only hope that would be true, but with the state of things, it will be the foolishness of humanity that will end life on earth. We are terminally suicidal, or why would we make weapons. No religion will come into the end of the world except if its a religious war.

Haha, there you go, there's your jesus save, you'll just be on the Christian side where there is more people then the other religions.

I think so. I just read an article about the oil drilling in Alaska. I'm very pessimistic about the world surviving when Americas last untouched wilderness is getting destroyed.
I reckon there will be an ice age.

Yes.
But nothing like that.
The world as we know it eventually will come to an end, specially if we keep on with the wars, and the pollution, rain forest destruction, etc.
I think it´ll be more like moving into a higher level of consciousness

i think it is supposed to end. it was in a dream of some guy in the book of revelations. im not an expert on the Bible, but im pretty sure that God sends down is anger on the people. and i believe that He's going to cast Satan in a prison of some kind ofr 1000 years, and then He will remake the Earth as he intended it to be.

Yes, of course it will. Only that that is not happening any time soon. I mean, we will all be long dead.

How will it happen? I suppose that eventually, we will not cause the world to disappear. The world will disappear for "natural causes", such as the extinction of the sun.

I think eventually with all the hurricanes that most of the south will be under water. And with the earth quakes that the US will be seperated into different parts.Either way I think over time we'll be under water.
