I joined LA Weight Loss and I have been walking about 2.6 miles a day. The best advice I can give you is. Eat healthy, Watch portion size & Carbs. also sodium. If you can't join anything like LA Weight Loss just follow the Food Peramid. It is almost the same thing. Start out walking what you can tollerate and just build your distance up. I have lost 30lbs. and 27 1/2 inches in a year. The inches I have lost is all over inches. I've lost 5 inches in my waist and 6 1/2 inches in my abdoman. (stomach) just by walking.

Have your fasting blood sugar tested soon. You may be becoming insulin resistant or have diabetes. Before medical intervention, a lot of people start gaining weight in the belly area. (I did.) Cut way back on carbs (white flour, sugar) and you will also notice a decrease in belly fat. Good luck. Try to get healthy, ok hon?

because you've a huge tommy, i'd recommend going out and searching for yet another tommy, perchance a joe, doug, bob, or alex. someone with some thing smaller that you're searching for. no matter if that's a tummy you're searching to diminish, decrease your eating and improve the aerobic and abdomen workouts. otherwise it gained't replace.

walk and drink plenty of water, eat less and you will weigh less, sit ups and leg lifts, ear stapling works for some people and if it is loose belly fat a tummy tuck can get rid of it
