That depends on sizes of both the beer and keg.
Assuming that the beer is 12 ounces, and the keg is a standard half barrel, which is 15 gallons, there would be 160 beers in a keg. Drink up!

What we call a "keg" in the US is actually a "half-barrel keg" (1 keg = half bbl, pony-keg=1/4 bbl). A barrel of beer is 31 gallons. Thus, a keg would have 15.5 US gallons of beer, or 1984 oz (US). A pony keg is 992 oz.
Those cheesy plastic cups they (sometimes) give you with a keg are 12 oz.
1984 / 12 = 165 1/3 12 oz servings per keg.
Beer drinkers drink pints, which are 16 oz.
1984 / 16 = 124 pints in a keg.
Roll out the barrel!!!

There are 15.5 US gallons in a half keg of beer.
There are 8 pints in a gallon.
That means there are
15.5 x 8 = 124 16 oz pint beers in a keg
If you have 12oz glasses
There are 128oz in a gallon.
128oz * 15.5 gal = 1984 oz
1984oz/ 12oz = 165.3 12oz beers
Of you are using smaller glasses yet just divide 1984 by the size glass you are using in ounces to get the number of beers the keg will yield. One would have to wonder why you would be using anything less than 12 oz glasses.
Enjoy and drink up

A keg is 7 cases of beer, a poney keg is 3.5 cases. 7 x 24 (servings per case) = 168 12 oz. servings.
