A girl I like really likes me, she's told me she has feelings for me and sends me loads of soppy messages wishing she was with me. Yet when I asked her to be my girlfriend she said that she doesn't "do relationships"! She blames past relationships. Should I accept her decision or fight for it and convince her that I wouldn't hurt her and help her trust again, I mean if she likes me and I like her why should we waste that..?

yeah, dude she is dead for you. take it easy. girls are like that. they want to show you they don't give up easily.
if you really like her, you just have to be patient. it always works.

Unfortuanately this girl is not being truthful with you.

If she likes you (from what say she is not prevented from entering into relationships for religious or cultural reasons) she would go out with you. End of story.

What is really happening is that she likes someone else but needs you for the emotional support and positive lift that you give her.

If the other guy asked her out, magically she would "do" relationships again. But the other guy has not asked her, so she is taking all the validation and compliments from you to boost her ego (which is taking a hit from his lack of interest) and keeping you at arm's length so that she appears available

Your best move is to seem interested in someone else. Go find a girlfriend more attractive than her, that would have her hankering after you. If you can find one, make out you fancy someone else now, keep being friendly but let her ring you from now on, be unavialable 50% of the time and always end the conversation first.

Accept her decision because if you keep going on at her or try and make her get into a relationship you will drive her away just leave it for awhile and she will realise what she is missing. good luck.

Well take it a bit slow don't let her feel like ur pressuring her, she may feel that she does'nt want your friendship to end and by dating you things may end up going wrong but give her time and let her know that you really like her. And that sounds like a good idea help her trust again help her trust you let her know you won't end up herting her (if you won't) and mean it. Good Luck

Try to talk to her and explain it to her, give her time but if she takes to much time you really should move on because she shouldn't blame past relationships for new ones!

Just go with the flow. Hang out as "friends" without putting a label on it. When she feels comfortable with you, she will eventually come around. Don't put a lable on it, and then she'll probably be more open to it. If you ask her to "date" you, she'll say no. If you ask her to hang out with you, she'll probably say yes.

I think that you should try to show her what she would miss out on. Make sure you do it very subtle. If she knows you are behind something she will definitly not go out with you.

I think that you are wasting your time there.
If someone really likes you you won't have to push so hard.

I think she´s too afraid of commitment.Maybe she needs to work some personal issues first.
If you really like her, go slow, and be patient. And be there for her, if you think it´ll be worth it.
