The answer of Arya A is wrong slightly. Persian is correct, Greek is 'mou lepsis' mentioned before, and Russian is 'ya skuchayu po tebe', the one that was given means I miss u with meaning I didn't catch u.

English-I miss you
Spanish-Te extraño OR Te echo de menos.
Portguese-Tenho saudades de você.
I'm not sure how to say it in French.

Without any words:
When you see them again, give them a hug.
When they aren't around send them little things from the heart (e.g. flowers, notes, origami) to let them know you're thinking of them.

In Taglish (mixture of Tagalog and English): Namimiss kita.

Sidenote to Kim: By "Malalala kita ", I think you mean "Maaalala kita", which means "I will remember you".

I wouldn't recommend using " Je m'ennuie de vous " in French for I miss you. I'd go with "Tu me manques".
