DON”T DO IT!
Tell her that, that’s just something you’re not going to be able to do. Co-signing and thing is a big risk, especially when you’re talking about someone that already has bay credit and is slow paying. You might want to look in to what the penalties are for (you) if she doesn’t pay her rent on time. Will you have access to the apartment? How will have access? And just how serious is this relationship? After you have found those thing out then you might want to think about co-signing.

Well I would dismiss her ***, but i dont know how deep you feel for her. Heres what you do, Give her some money to get her apartment, enough to at least cover 3 or 4 months, dont put your name on ****. Especially she just being your girlfriend. This will give her 3 months to find her a job, and lights and water aint free so she better get movin fast. Id make her kick rocks if she didnt do anything after that.

Tell her you do love her, but lately she's been showing you that she can be a little irresponsible at times.... Never co-sign for anyway who you know has and is still messing up their own credit... What do you think they possibly care about yours... It depends on how long you all have been together and your'e looking foward to her being your wife one day.. If it's just a dating thing, NO. NO. NO> She needs to try and rebuild her credit also.

The best thing for you to do is leave her alone, because by the time you realize that she was a mistake for you it will be to late. Never co-sign anything for anybody, because if they don't pay they will be coming after you, because your john Hancock is on there. We all are fools in some type of way, but don't be no damn fool OK.

i would help her but sign a contract saying she is to pay all the rent and that u are not responsible in any way or manor and that you are not reliable for any damages or anything.... and that rent will be payed on time no matter what or she will owe you a fee and make up a fee you think is fair thats what i did with my mom and it has worked out great

Postpone moving in with her or assisting her, unless you're Daddy Warbucks and you want her to scream "Oh sugar daddy" out at you in bed. If she has a job, there's no good reason in my book to not be able to get it together enough to go in. Unless she is suffering some mental illness and since you didn't mention anything along those lines, I'm going with this girl's a freeloader.

Let her parents help her out. If you do it, you might as well throw yourself in front of a truck. You've already put forth the reasons why you shouldn't help her.
The best thing for you to do at this point is stretch out your running legs and go for it.

If you co-sign it means that you are legally bound to pay her rent if she default's. I wouldn't do it personally whether I could afford it or not. She should ask her relatives or find an apartment building that doesn't require it.

I think you know the answer already. There are a lot of red flags. I made this mistake already and i regret it. A girlfriend is not ever.
