Sometime having a good friend you can hang out with can always get you going! but you deserve some rest too!! don't over do it just yet, your still young...I have the same problem sometimes but when your tired of being lazy *you'll spring right into action*!!

Get a broomstick or plunger handle, put your head down on the top of the stick and spin yourself in circles. Hours of dizzy fun.

Seriously, get off your a** and go run or do some pushups and situps to get started. You don't need a gym to get in shape, just a little creativity.
Try doing some bodyweight squats to hit your lower body, if you're unable to get to a gym. Getting outside and running, will also make you feel that much better.

The important thing is to do what you like, so you'll stick with it. Some things to try are running, biking, swimming, yoga (there are multiple dvd options from amazon.com if you don't have access to a yoga studio), tennis, basketball, isometric exercises like sit-ups & pushups...just to name a few. :)

Have a great summer!

Do anything that requires moving. A simple walk would work also. Just get up and move is my best advice.
