i like 3 different guys. one went to texas, but is now back and a friend of mine likes him(she says she dosent but i can tell)the other dosent really talk to me, and the last one talks to me, but another friend likes him........& i kinda feel like i just miss having a bf, wat do i do????????

You can like lots of guys - call them friends. When the right guy comes along you both will know. If your friends end up hooking up with the guys, wish them well and go on -- you WILL find a guy when the time is right for you - no need to hurry.

Well, who do you like the most? Don't think about your friends. If they don't go and make a move then you have every right to. If it really concerns you, sit down with the friend who likes your top guy and see if it's alright with them. But in my eyes, people are not property and they don't belong to anybody. So, I'd say any of them are up for grabs.
No offense, but you sound a little young. You need to go out with one person. I'd have to say that unless you're really crushing on one individual, that you shouldn't date somebody. If there are a bunch of guys you like, I'd think you weren't being serious enough about your relationships.

All you may do is request a paternity try, and if he's your son, take her to courtroom to get 50/50 custody, in case you could teach that you've a really strong residing with a good income, probability is you would get to make sure your son.
