First lesson.
Christians and Moslems want the world to believe as they do.
Don't believe? You are an Infidel and you go to Hell.
Judaism is for Jews. Not Jewish? Follow the 7 Laws given to Noah and you will be fine!
Most State Constitutions follow the Noahide Laws.
Now, go study.

You can not be Jewish unless your mother is Jewish b/c they are a chosen people in gene in their opinion. I do recommend looking into prophesies of Islam/Muhammad in the Jewish scriptures and other holy documents.

Another option? Look in your local phonebook for "Chabad House". Chabadniks are known for being open & gracious; very good teachers & receptive. I highly recommend them, if you happen to be lucky enough to live near them. They are Orthodox, but like I said....very warm, joyful & open people. Excellent teachers. They have classes on Judaism you may be interested in.

http://www.jewfaq.org/ is a good introductory website.
Interested in converting? http://www.convertingtojudaism.com/
I personally enjoy http://www.torah.org/, but it's not quite as much of an introductory level.
