do you like celery? they have negative cals (meaning, you burn more digesting it than there are cals in it)

Any fruit will be good - even though it has cals, the vitamins help catalyze your digesrtion process and the sugars in fruits are very good for you. When in doubt, chew on some fresh fruit.

Fruit tastes really good and it has NO fat calories.THere is such a variety of tastes too, pineapple, cherries, watermelon and any number of other good flavored fruit.It does have carbohydrate calories however, so may still be fattening if eaten in large quantities.

Tons of fruits and vegetables. It's just the beginning of summer fruit season. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, etc. -- all have little or no fat, are chock full of macro and micronutrients, and are delicious.
