How bout exercise 1 to 1 1 /2 hours a day AND cut down a bit on eating. Also, cut out the JUNK like sweets, etc. You will notice a big difference.

You can do what I have been doing for years:

-Eat very very small meals. About 5-6 times a day
-Don't eat after 3p.m
-Eat whatever you want for lunch but it has to be a small meal

For instance:
This is just an example of a single day...Eat whatever you want in moderation!

Breakfast: One packet of instant oatmeal (1 tsp of sugar may be added or artificial sweetner such as Equal)

Snack: Snack on some baby carrots or half of a fruit such as an apple (cut the apple in half and eat only about half) or even one cookie

Lunch: If you normally eat like a meal at In N Out Burgers.. You still can, but in moderation!! Eat only half of the burger and half of the fries. NO MILKSHAKE!

Snack: Eat the other half of the burger and fries

Snack: Anything you want but it has to be very small (a couple of peieces of fruit, or vegtables)

The key is do not eat after 3pm. If you do, just take a few bites of something with a glass of water...

This really works for me when I want to lose and maintain my weight. A lot of people like to poke fun at what I do and think it's some sort of eating disorder.. It's not, I asked a few doctor's and it's perfectly normal to do so..

I just lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks with a low carb diet. You just eat basically meats, veggies and cheeses - stick to carbs that are 4 g or less and you should be fine.. Pure water or crystal light is great.. no milk, no breads, no pastas etc... Veggies - no carrots, tomatoes - nothing that is naturally sweet. Its basically like atkins... you can eat as much fat as you want it doesn't matter.. Plus its easy because you can still eat.... Oh one other thing... no food after 8pm... nothing....
They have low carb popsicles if you need somthing sweet or look for sugar free those are sometimes low carb....

Is your weight too tight??
LOOSE is the opposite of TIGHT.
YOU DON'T NEED TO "LOOSE" ANYTHING.
LEARN TO SPELL. The word you want is spelled L-O-S-E.

You don't HAVE to exercise 24/7 except for restraint.
Eat less, exercise more.
Period.

you don't have to exercise 24/7. lower your carb intake and exercise at least 30 min. a day/ 4-5 days a week. eat good proteins like fish or grilled chicken.
