Veggetables, and of course some fruits.
Veggies are good, not so tasty, but healthy, especially the green ones like Cucumbers. They are rich in vitamins and energy.

Anything with high amounts of carbs...grains/sugars/starch/etc. The only problem is if you take in too much, it will be converted to fat anyway.
