Treat him with respect and courtesy always. I was stumped the first time I landed a guy that insisted he open the doors for me. It became part of my test for if they qualified for a second date. For my boyfriend, when he opens the car door for me and closes it behind me, I lean over and pop open his door. This small gesture seems to go over very well with most men, I've come to find. Be sure you always say "thank you" when he does these things too. You don't say how long you've been dating, but if it's in the early stages, you let him do the chasing. As time goes on, feel free to treat to breakfast in the morning or other things within your budget but know the difference between that and being used as an ATM.
P.S. ALL guys should open the doors for you so if this doesn't work out, don't settle for some boorish pig who doesn't have the decency to hold a door open for you or say "bless you' when you sneeze. You'll thank me later, I guarantee it.

Let him know you appreciate it. Tell him "thank you," and give him a little kiss on the cheek. All men want is acknowledgement for the nice things they do. It's best to show your appreciation with nonverbal action and punctuate that with verbal appreciation of him as a boyfriend/man. It may sound trite, but the more you make him feel like a man, the more he'll want to do for you.

A guy like that doesn't expect anything other than to respected and have you say thank you. The best thing you can do is love him and be happy. To do something special in response to something he considers how a guy should act makes it look like he is doing something that isn't normal for him.

You deserve such consideration so just show him the same. Not to thank him as such but because it is just right to do so! Respect is good for both of you and a good start!
