I'm not sure which company you used or which airline you went with, but the best thing to do is to contact them. Most likely there was a typo or something on your e-mail that prevented the confirmation from coming to you.

Go online to the company and check this reservation code. Once it come on, print it for reference. You may have made an error on your email address during your submission that is why you did not receive it.
