For the last time; it doesn't matter what state or country the plane crashes in, you never bury survivors.

It depends on your motivation. As you know, with increasing life expectancies, it could be 100 years or so before all the survivors would be dead. In that time, we may run out of room to bury people resulting in mandatory cremation or worse!
