I've buddies (and my daughter), none of whom had been pregnant, however who took over the counter pre-natal nutrients. They particularly do help it grow! My daughter had cut her hair off to about an inch brief all over the place and wanted it to develop again fast after her sort grew out. That used to be two years ago. Her hair now could be well below her shoulders. My co-worker's hair would stop developing once it reached a detailed length - the nutrients helped it proceed to grow on the same fee as it did when it used to be shorter. Cannot hurt - and can be good for you!
