This could be a question coming from a child not an adult to which you all assumed
It is common knowledge that Tony Blair is the Prime Minister of England. However there is close negotiations with George Bush.

I am sensing a touch of irony in this question and as a brit i get irony. yes george bush does seem to be the president of england! he may as well be. Tony blair does everything bush wants so the answer is yes!
