Pancakes.
I find flapjacks very crunchy and far too sweet.
You can make pancakes sweet or savoury, depending what you put on them. And I like having choices.

Now I call them pancakes - but when I was little they were Pan-a-cakes - and no one could tell me different
For some reason though when I think of Flapjacks I think of johnny cakes (very flat, sweet corn bread)
