reinstall your internet explorer and check your pc for viruses

go to tools, internet options and click on the delete files button when the box comes up click ok.

click on the the settings button and click in the every visit to the page to put a dot there then click ok and click ok.

Again, this is a statement. you should begin a state forum, since this one is based on questions and answers. perhaps adding "why" to your statement would suffice.
