I have never said that to a person before so when i do find the right girl where is the best, most romantic place to say "i love you"?

also since its kinda the same topic what about the most romantic place to lose virginity?

i first said I love you to my girl in the shower. We were out walking in the rain, holding hands and jumping into puddles. when we got home we both wanted a hot shower. We got in together and shared the water. Looking down at her, I realized that even wet and dirty... she was the most beautiful woman I'd ever met and that I wanted to be with her for ever. While she was rubbing shampoo into her hair, I said " i think I'm falling in love with you". she didn't hear me and asked "what?" and we both just stopped and looked into each others eyes and I repeated what I'd said. She said that she was falling for me too. It was great to feel that sentiment returned to you.
As for the virginity thing.... don't rent a hotel/motel room! Way tooo cheesy and may add too much pressure for both you and her to perform. Anywhere that it happens naturally will do fine just remember FOREPLAY is key to making the night memorable. Even if it doesn't happen that very second, she'll remember feeling like she was the most important person in the world.
