Where are good spots to fish Tampa Bay(east side) from structures, piers, beaches, etc.(have license-no boat)?

I fish alone or with a handicapped friend.I do not want to fish from a boat for hire.

Off of my dock on the Little Manatee River! :-)

Sorry...I don't fish anywhere else unless I'm on a boat.

go to the twin rivers they are near cross creek
thats were my sister stays
