At 14 you are still growing and hopefully aren't obsessed about your weight.
But since you asked, the healthy weight range for 5'4 is 116 - 134 and for 5'5 it's 120 - 138.

An Inch to a Kg is more or less the scale roughly you should be about 65Kg ! Approximately because it depends upon your bone structure too big bone structure on the same height should weigh more.

im exactly the same as you...age and height....i weigh 130. but i've seen people are age weigh like 150, but they dont look it because of their porportions. its hard to go off weight. but i would say between 115-145
