Eat this:

Mix together
half can of tuna
couple of tablespoons mayo
half a teaspoon dijon mustard
finely chopped bell pepper
finely chopped celery
finely chopped green onion
drizzle of olive oil
salt and pepper

Put 2 cups baby spinach leaves into a bowl. Top with the tuna mixture and toss. Yum Yum. Serve with a bottle of cold water with a lemon wedge stuffed into the bottle. Perfect, healthy lunch.
