Theoretically yes, when you using a microvawe, some @-particles might be still on a food...Bur practically, it never happened yet.

Everything gives you cancer. I bet that if you lived in a bubble the bubble would give you cancer!!! Enjoy the popcorn without thinking about it too much.

BTW, microwaves use microwaves not @-particles. Not sure where that came from.

That's a new one I haven't heard--most popcorn(microwave) comes in a bag.

Yes but only if you can fit in the bag its best to eat it will out side the bag

Actually they are now just finding out that the oil used in microwave popcorn (when heated ) can possibly cause cancer.

it depends if the bag got exposed to high level of micro waves thats were that myth came from but know we have people saying u dont have to worry just dont sit in front of the microwave while its popping
