Now for the Mexican population in the U.S. or pro?

Mexican people (illegal Mexicans I mean), please tell us YOUR views on
1. Why are you here demonstrating instead of in Mexico demonstrating for your rights?
2. Why is it okay for you to steal identities of people in order for you to work? That is something we are very against - identity theft.
3. Why is it okay for you to work and take home your ENTIRE paycheck when we (tax payers) give money to the government out of our checks (a lot).
4. Why is it you can get free medical because you aren't going to pay your bills and you don't have insurance - where the hospitals have to now cut down on everything because of the high cost of indigent care?
Please give us a reason to be on your side. This is more than one question. I am personally not against you - I asked a question earlier which argued some of these points. Now, I want to hear your side. Make us feel better about you being here and more accepting of you.

Great question but you will not get a rational answer to support illegals. Pro illegals will give you the same old arguments (which don't hold water), and you'll be called a racist.

Well i am not an illegal mexican, but i guess i can try and answer some of your questions the way they would.
1. Mexicans aren't the only ones demonstrating in the rally. There are many different countries and islands. And i think people in those countries also demonstrate and fight for there right but they are usually beaten by the police and the political system is more corrupt than the ones here; so they can scream and shout all they want but they probably wouldn't get what they want. Here in america it is a little easier for them to protest without getting violent.
2. Majority of these people do not steal the identity of people in order to work but they create false documents as to trick their employers. ( not that me personally is condoning this behavior)
3. Well this one is soooooooooooo hard to defend because working in boston, i get about 35% of my paycheck taken away for taxes. Ok so here is the logic, they get to take home their paycheck because they work for way less money than would a legal person, they usually get stuck doing jobs no one else wants. Why should the illegal community pay taxes and they are never going to get it back, and the government is not theirs. The government doesn't care, why should they put money into a government that is against them.
4. They get free medical care because everyone deserves to be in the best of health illegal or not. No one said this world was fair so i guess you have to deal with it.

1. Because guns are involved. Check out the news that doesn't involve Britteny or Paris. Nuevo Laredo is a war zone. Why didn't Iraqis protest Saddam Hussein?
2. Why is okay for other Americans to steal identities to get credit cards, so they can 'live the American dream'?
3. Why is okay for the employer to pay me less than minimum wage, but say he payed someone ten dollars an hour. That way he can keep the rest without having to pay all of his taxes. If I am using someones identity that also means I am paying taxes, but I don't get to apply for a refund come tax time because I am afraid of being deported.
4. I can't go to the hospital, they might find out that I am illegal.
Basic human compassion. You will send money to help feed people on the other side of the world. But, they are not on your front door step begging for more. It is easy to forget they are just trying to SURVIVE. We can send them back if it helps you sleep at night. Then when the nightly news comes on a tells of a mass genocide you can change the channel and watch Entertainment Tonight to see what Brad and Angelina are doing.

i dont think anyone said "i want to be an illegal when I grow up." it is sad that these people must leave family friends and church to come to a foreign country. they have no choice but to take advantage of the system once they get here. If they are illegal, there is no way they can pay income tax or auto insurance or have insurance to use when sick or hurt. If people in the next city from you were living a life of abundance and in your city work was impossible to find, health care was pathetic, and there wasnt hope of it improving, what risks would you be willing to take to move to the richer city? the solution? i have NO IDEA. I wish we could help Mexico, but not by sending our jobs there. I think more then hating the illegals when they come here, we need to hate the situation they are in. And say a prayer for them and their situation and our country while you are at.

ISN'T IT A SHAME THAT AMERICANS ARE HELD TO SUCH A HIGH STANDARD AND THE ILLEGALS ARE GETTING SO MANY FREE PASSES? WHEN I WAS A SINGLE MOM, I HAD TO WORK DAY AND NIGHT TO KEEP A ROOF OVER OUR HEAD. MY CHILDREN HAD TO DO WITHOUT A LOT OF WHAT OTHER CHILDREN WERE ABLE TO HAVE.

THERE WERE TIMES I NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL, BUT TOUGHED IT OUT BECAUSE I HAD NO INSURANCE. THERE WERE TIMES I HAD TO COUNT QUARTERS TO BUY MILK.

WHERE WERE ALL THESE FREEBIES WHEN I WAS LIVING IN A HOUSE THAT HAD ONLY A FIREPLACE FOR HEAT? THIS WAS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTH CAROLINA...BUT YOU KNOW WHAT, WE SURVIVED WITHOUT THE HAND-OUTS AND MY CHILDREN ALL GREW UP TO BE INDEPENDENT, GIVING, LAW-ABIDING, LOVING PEOPLE. I KNOW I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES, BUT THE MONIES GIVEN TO ILLEGALS SHOULD BE FUNNELED TO SINGLE PARENTS WITH MINOR CHILDREN, HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS AND THE ELDERLY.....
