You could always report them to INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) if they are here illegally. As far as your marriage goes, your HUSBAND broke up your marriage, not the other woman. Don't forget that.

Move on with your life and meet a better gal and be happy onc e again. Forget that the non citizen broke your marriage a s anyone could have doen that if your wife left you.

Contact INS (look in your local phone book) and report her as a suspected Illegal Alien. If that fails, report her death to the newspaper and have them run an obituary.

Sorry about your marriage. Your husband had a hand in that ya know. He is the one who stepped out. He made that decision.
If the marriage is over let it stay over and move on with your life. Why would you be sad over somebody like that? He does not sound like a good person to do something like that. Live and fight for yourself he's not worth it.

Your question is faulty to begin with:

The "non-citizen" did not break your marriage as he/she had no commitment to you or the marriage to begin with. On the other hand, your husband/wife did and it is your ex-committed partner that broke your marriage.

I am assuming you are looking for an easier target to blame your failed marriage on, instead of admitting you were probably with the wrong partner all along.

Move on and find true love, that no "citizen" or "non-citizen" can break.

you were married to a non-citizen? If not, then I guess you and your husband broke up your marriage. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean you should take it out on someone else.

Give it three months, she'll be on the prowl again....
You just sit and watch and don't take him back unless you have children.
Just be good Momma and then when they are grown, kick his butt out.

Unless you want to get married again........don't divorce him, just wait for his SS and be happy gal......don't give up those years you have put into that marriage...it's 10years you have to be m/to collect if you divorce and don't remarry.

Well, if he/she is illegally here you could report them. Other than that, you would need some real legal infraction to get even.

If you want revenge, report her. Your marriage will still be broken though.
